Heavy equipment vary from the the portable and mobile lighter equipment to
extreme heavy equipment, many with a precise description of their
functions. Any individual or business associated or involved in the
construction industry, from small to large sometimes need Heavy Equipment
Operator Training, for equipment like – motor graders, bobcats, backhoes,
scrapers, bulldozers, front-end loaders excavators to dump trucks. However,
because operators need the knowledge and the skill to operate these and
many other types of equipment and in order to confidently address many
challenges, the driver /operator need a quality educational training
program
Driver Training
We conduct training courses of the highest level. There is theory and a
practical training. Tests are completed at the end of the theory session.
This test can either be written or verbal for those with difficulty in
reading and writing.
We provide driver training at the best rates, to the standards required by
the Regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1994 (OHSA).
Successful candidates receive a Certificate of Competency in compliance
with the Act and its administration by the Department of Manpower.
Our Instructors are registered and approved by the Department of Manpower
and accredited with the South African Institute of Materials Handling to
carry out training and testing. All of our training is in compliance with
the OHS (MOS) Act Regulation 18 Sub regulation 11 of the Driven Machinery
Regulation.
